Is it really free? What's the catch?

It's really free. We charge nothing on ticket sales. Stripe charges their standard processing fee (typically ~1.4% + 20p for European cards) — that's between you and Stripe, nothing to do with us.

Will there ever be a paid plan?

No. We will never charge for features or take a cut of your ticket revenue. If that ever changes, existing users will be grandfathered in.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. Attendee names, emails, and purchase data belong to you. We don't market to your customers or share their data with anyone.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Only if you want to sell tickets online. For cash-on-entry events, no Stripe account is needed - you handle payment at the door yourself.
